Massage Therapy
Through our organic approach to massage therapy education, we graduate artistic and resourceful therapists into the dynamic healing arts profession.
Our unique program combines rigorous science training in Physiology and Anatomy with hands-on practice in the student-run clinic from day one. While students are introduced to foundational techniques in highly interactive and supportive classroom settings, the faculty takes great care to integrate the learning and practice of a wide variety of modalities into the curriculum.
In addition, the Massage Therapy Program will include introductory trainings by our Master Faculty members in: Ortho-Bionomy and Reflexology. For the price of the regular tuition, you will have the opportunity to sample these bodywork modalities which are distinctly different from massage.
In recent years, 100% of the Academy’s graduates have passed the National Certification exam. Compare that to the national average of 50%.
Students who enroll in the Massage Therapy program are interested in a well-rounded holistic foundation building toward an energetic bodywork practice. Graduates of this program will be eligible to take the National Certification Examination in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork or the Massage Board Licensing Exam in order to become a licensed massage therapist.
